About

Hi! I sometimes write stuff. I sometimes code. Most of the time I’m just a lazy slob laying in my bed, or racing pretend cars. I have opinions and as a white (I guess?? Does Middle-eastren white count??) man I am obligated to share them. Oh I also watch F1 and football (soccer) but I don’t think I’ll be writing much about that.

As I’m writing this, I am 19 years old in my final year of high school. Reason for me still being in high school is that life’s a --- let’s not get side tracked. I moved after I finished 10th grade, but due to having a raging cunt of a principal in my old school, my transcripts were held hostage for a while so I re-took 10th grade. I also had just taken a gap year to learn Turkish, so that’s that.

I plan on studying software enginnering, ideally in ITÜ but to be honest, I’m content with any university. After that I’ll see where life takes me, but in an ideal world I would do a masters degree somewhere in the UK or Canada if I had the opportunity.

I believe in a world where everyone has the same chances in achieving something regardless of race, gender, sexuality, religious beliefs, social status and geographic location. I believe in a world where billionares do not exist and such wealth is used to fix real problems like world hunger or like the planet literally dying. (seriously it’s December and the sun was hot today). I do not believe such a world will exist, at least not in my or my childrens’ lifetimes.

On a more light-hearted note, I also listen to music. A lot. I’m literally listening as I write this. I like pop, sometimes Hip-hop and RnB, and I listen to pretty much anything not Turkish Rap.

As you can tell from the tone of this, this is not gonna be a very serious blog. It’s not meant to be. While there will be posts where the topic is so serious it has to be written seriously, It’ll mostly read like a slightly formal text message to a friend and less like an elaborate essay with an argument-discussion-conclusion phase.

Big thanks to Sat Naing for making AstroPaper, as it saved me a ton of time and effort. And thanks to you for reading!
